Ko Ngam Yai and Ko Ngam Noi


            Ko Ngam Yai and Ko Ngam Noi of theMuko Chumphon National Park in Chumphon province are not only an ideal scuba diving destination, but these islands also provide great snorkelling opportunities. The two swallow’s nest concession islands are located near each other and are surrounded by rock formations. The shallow coral reefs areendowed with bountiful corals; such as, zoanthid, sea whip, staghorn coral, orange cup coral, barrel sponge, sea fan, and sea anemones. Examples of diverse aquatic creatures sighted under the water of Ko Ngam Yai and Ko Ngam Noi include skunk clownfish, parrotfish, barracuda, butterflyfish, angelfish, sea turtle, sawblade shrimp, nudibranch, sea urchin, and giant clam. 

Apart from several breathtaking scuba diving sites across the length and breadth of Thailand, there are also numerous snorkelling sites full of astounding underwater scenery and ahealthy marine ecosystem to satisfy snorkellers of all levels.
