Explore the safari world and observe animals on a One Day Trip at Chiang Mai Night Safari, a large open zoo not far from Chiang Mai city. Located within Doi Suthep-Pui National Park, it’s also a learning center for natural science, natural resources, and wildlife.  The zoo houses animal species from Asia, Africa, and around the world, allowing visitors to experience animals up close.

Day Safari: Visit the Savanna Safari zone to get close to herbivores like giraffes, zebras, and red kangaroos. In the Predator Prowl zone, encounter predators like white tigers, lions, and spotted hyenas. Both zones take about 1 hour and 30 minutes to tour.

Night Safari: Experience nocturnal predators, using the same route as the Day Safari, taking about 1 hour and 30 minutes.



  • Jaguar Trail Zone: Learn about animal life on the Walking Zone trail. This educational activity for youth focuses on animal behavior, lifestyle, and information about smaller animals around Swan Lake. The trail is about 1.2 kilometers long.

     

  • Tiger Show: Watch performances showcasing the abilities of white tigers and lions, led by skilled trainers or “Tiger Men”. Meet star performers like “Justin” the snow white tiger, “Messi”, and “Maya” the adorable white tigers.

  • Disabled persons with ID cards enter for free
